Luckmore Gapa and First Lady Auxilia Mnangagwa in 2023
Luckmore Tinashe Gapa, a Zanu-PF central committee member, has been identified as the individual who robbed human rights lawyer Douglas Coltartat the Harare City Sports Constitutional Amendment Bill 3 public hearing. He is seen in a 2023 photograph wearing Zanu-PF regalia alongside the First Lady of Zimbabwe, Auxilia Mnangagwa.
